Everybody is moving to microservices, but Gartner says that by 2019, 90% of organizations will think they’re too disruptive and switch to miniservices. In the meantime, enterprises continue to look at their monolithic applications and macroservices and plan for microservice nirvana, not knowing how likely they are to fail. As with most new technologies, a one-size-fits-all approach is a bad idea.
